About
This session of league play is 6-weeks long (5-week regular season, and a 6th week playoff tournament for all teams).
Teams play two 40-minute matches per week scheduled against other teams in their skill-division league. Matches are either back-to-back, or with a 40-minute break between matches (2hr/week maximum time commitment). Players register with a partner as a doubles team. ---Players also have access to open play after their 40-minute league matches are played.
Matches are played as a best-of-3 series of games played to 11, win by 1, but if the match goes to a third tiebreaker game, that game is just to 7 points (also win by 1). The final week playoff tournament is seeded by regular season record, and teams play a single-match elimination tournament to determine a champion.
Teams can register for two skill-level divisions:
Recreational to Low Intermediate Division
Intermediate to Competitive Division
